Exploring New Trends in Human Resource Planning (HRP) - Insights from HR Faculty Members

Hi Folks,

I am Jitha. I am working as an HR faculty in a college. I would like to know what the new trends in Human Resource Planning are. One current trend is SHRP. (If anyone would like to know more about this, I will help.) I would also like to know about other practices.

I seriously hope SHRM stands for Strategic Human Resource Management. Correct me if I am wrong. Do you have any materials regarding this? If so, please post it here so that we can understand what it's all about.

Do you teach all HR-related topics or just selected ones like Training and Development, Industrial Relations, etc.? Do you teach in a Business School?

SHRP is strategic human resource planning. Yes, I do teach in a B-school. I also teach HRM, T&D, change management, etc. I am attaching a document which I found informative.
