I had been for an interview. It was for a purely HR job. The interviewer had asked me how I would sell my mobile to her. What I didn't understand was, why was I asked to do so? I have specialized in HR and Systems in MBA. The mobile selling part is more for a marketing job, is what I thought. It could be to check my creativity too. Please do give me a reason why a question like that would be asked.
I also was asked ways in which an HR can attract employees to refer for vacancies in the organization. Could you please throw some innovative ideas in this area? All that I can think of is to play around with monetary and non-monetary benefits.
