Quality Circle, Structure of Quality Circle, Advantages of Quality Circle.

---

Quality circles are groups of employees who work together to identify, analyze, and solve work-related issues. They typically consist of 6 to 12 members who meet regularly to discuss problems and develop solutions. The structure of a quality circle usually involves a team leader who facilitates meetings, a secretary who keeps records, and members who actively participate in brainstorming and decision-making processes.

---

The advantages of quality circles include increased employee engagement, improved problem-solving skills, enhanced communication within the organization, and a greater sense of ownership and responsibility among team members. By involving employees in decision-making processes and empowering them to contribute ideas, quality circles can lead to higher productivity, better quality products or services, and a more positive work environment.

Hi all,

In order to use Quality Circles (QCs) in the HR Department, the department must be large enough. It's not really applicable to one or two-person departments.

Take a look at the following site for information about how QCs got a bad name in the West in the mid-1980s: Quality Circles or Gemba Kaizen? <link updated to site home> (Search On Cite | Search On Google)

This information was found at quality circles in the human resource department - Google Search by using the Google search engine.

Have a nice day.
