Thanks for the post. Our company is a publishing company. Currently, we do not have any documented policies, procedures, or anything in place. I have to start everything from scratch - HR policies, manuals, performance evaluations, and job descriptions. Please let me know if you can help with that.

You can make various policies like:

- Leave Policy - CL, EL, SL - According to statutory
- Travel policy
- Reimbursement policy
- Recruitment policy
- Staff training and development policy, etc.
