Struggling with Internal Politics in the Workplace? Seeking Help for a Presentation on Its Impact and Control

Dear All,

I am working in the edible oil industry. There is a lot of internal politics going on in the organization, which my management is also aware of. However, they feel helpless. We are planning to have a presentation on "Organizational Politics - Its negative impact and how to control it." Can anybody help me with some material on this to prepare an effective presentation?

When two persons are involved, there will be a role of politics played by each person. So, in an organization, it's very common. Take it easy, be friendly with everyone. Do yoga and meditation to keep yourself physically and mentally fit.
