We are an IT-based consulting company, providing implementation and solutions for products such as Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

How can I make my company a fun place to be? If this is too broad, please assist me with suggestions. Can you recommend some games, problem-solving exercises, or situations for role plays that involve both learning and fun?
