Hi,

There are a lot of topics under "Attrition" in this forum. I read them a few weeks ago but don't recollect the exact ID of it. Just do a search for "Attrition," and you could see all the listed ones there. You could find it there.

Hi Wricha,

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I searched all the postings on this site, and I am new here, so I don't know much about using this site. Could you please tell me how to do a search here?

Hi again,

Well, at the top of this page, towards the left corner, you could see these lines: "Send CiteHR Invitation, News | Toolbar | Bookmark | Consultants." Under this, you could see a text box displaying "Quick Search," and next to it, there is a "Go" button. So, just enter the term "Attrition" and click Go. Hundreds of results will be displayed. Have a detailed look at them and choose the one that suits you best.

Anyway, I did a search for you. Take a look at this topic. I hope this will help you out. #26973

If you could not find it, here is the equation for your reference:
Total Number of Resigns per month (whether voluntary or forced) divided by (Total Number of employees at the beginning of the month plus total number of new joiners minus total number of resignations) multiplied by 100.

Let me know if you still face any problems.
