Breaking into HR in Aviation and Hotels: How Can I Find Opportunities Without Connections?

Hi!

I am a final semester student of HRM from IMT DOLI, Gzb. Along with this, I am also working as a visiting faculty for Business Communication Skills at YMCA, Delhi.

I have a strong desire to work in the AVIATION or HOTEL INDUSTRY, but I don't have any references in either of them, and both of these industries generally do not openly advertise HR VACANCIES. 😢

So please guide me on what steps I should take to get into them.

I have completed a 4-year hotel management degree with one year of experience with the Maharani Group of Hotels in Jaipur as a Marketing Executive. I am about to finish my PGDM in Marketing and IB. Can anyone help me in finding vacancies in any hotel chain or in other marketing jobs?
