Salary Structure In Bhopal

My company is about to start its office in Bhopal. we are recruiting the engineers and the other supportive staff for the purpose.
If any one could help in knowing the present salary paid in bhopal for the following type of professional.
BE (civil) sr engineer post
M.com Accounts Post
BE (civil) Jr. Engineer Post

Meghal, Even i had questions like this, but never got response. I dont think anybody wants to let out that information if available. Not sure why we cant yield response for this.

I dont think any information will get leak here, as its not known as to which company we belong to.
It will help all of us to have a ready salary matrix for the various cities and we can immediately bring it up to our managment else it happens that we keep searchin the candidates according to our salary structure and fail.
I think there are manay HR seniors from bhopal and MP who can help on this Issue and once few of us starts we could develop a good chain of ready information of this sensitive issues. ELSE WE WILL JUST BE AFTER MAKING SOME KIND OF ASSOCIATION WITH NO HELP ON SENSITIVE ISSUES FACED BY ALL OF US.
