I want to upgrade my expertise and knowledge through some HR courses. Please suggest some details about HR courses. How is the SAP HR course? How can I proceed to obtain certification for such courses?

I am an MBA with HR specialization. I have 2 years of experience in a consultancy that primarily works for the Life Insurance Industry. I think I should have more degrees in my kitty which are more relevant to the current corporate requirements. However, I don't know which course I should go for.

If you need expertise in HR, then you should start your career as an HR executive. This position may not be directly accessible, but if you have completed a post-graduation in HR, it becomes possible. Additionally, SAP HR is not as easy as you may think. If you are well-versed in HR practices, then it becomes easier. You can start by joining as an HR executive and then based on your job requirements, you can pursue HR courses.

I have almost 3 years of experience in HR (recruitment and core generalist profile) in IT companies, and now I want to upgrade myself with new techniques and some modules of HR. So, can you please let me know what I should pursue to upgrade myself and stay competitive? I am not strong in the technical side but excel in my field.
