I want to upgrade my expertise & knowledge through some HR course as well. Please suggest me some courses' details in HR. Howz the SAP HR course? How to move ahead to get certification for such courses.

I am an MBA with HR specialization.I have 2 yrs of exp. in a counsltancy majorly works for Life Insurance Industry.I think i should have more degrees in my Kitty wich is nore relevant to the current cporporate requirement.But i dont know which course , i should go for.
Kindly advise.

if u need expertise in hr then u start ur carrier as hr executive,that u not get directly ,if u have complete post graduation in hr means it possible ,also sap hr is not as easy as u think ,if u know hr pracices very well then it easy one,join hr executive,then according to ur job requirement u do hr course

I have almost 3 yrs experience in HR[ recruitment and Core generalist profile] IT companies and now want to upgrade my self with new techniques and some modules of HR.So can you please let me know what should I go for to upgrade myself and to compete with .I am not good into technical side but best in my field.
