hi ..i am not going to give you any ready made format ...you can tention incorporate basic details like no of training man hours..no of training hours...details of back up trainer.. average score of each training session...average no of participants...no of retraining conducted...
i hope to start with these details will be sufficient later on map it with competency mapping, and if retention is also a part of your group then also add attrition and retention data tenure wise, department wise, location wise, designation wise, average span in organiztion wise..etc.
