Hello friends, I am in a dilemma. My background is in mechanical engineering, and I have chosen HR as my major. My institution is offering dual specializations. I have completed my MBA in HR & MKG. In my opinion, it would be beneficial for you to consider pairing HR with Finance.

1. Job opportunities in the field of Finance are promising.

2. With a technical background, you can easily secure placements in both technical and non-technical industries.

3. There are numerous opportunities available in finance overseas.

4. Even if you choose to focus on finance and HR, you can still venture into marketing.

These are just my suggestions, but ultimately, the decision is yours to make.
