I have been assigned a task by my company to lookout for a state-of-the-art HR system/package which can provide information at a click. The package should maintain employee data, recruitment details, training, PMS, leave management, and HR admin activities in an efficient manner. Currently, we have a 2000+ employee base company and are expected to reach 5000+ in the next 2+ years; therefore, our current package may not work after 3000+.
I need your support in getting details of packages used or available in the market that can take care of our current and future needs and will also allow us to design a few of the modules as per our requirements.
