Hi, I am interested in knowing the general Key Result Areas/Key Performance Indicators for a sales and marketing manager (6 points at least).

- Responsible for all brand promotion activities (media, hoardings, etc.) in the assigned area.
- Take initiatives for brand visibility and popularity.
- Improvement for brand management activities.
- Responsible for the management of downline employees.
- Based on the business plan, fix KRA for the next level employees and develop them to take higher responsibilities.
- MIS preparation and submission of reports to senior officials on a daily basis.
- Take reports from junior employees and support them in resolving all the issues in relation to the job.
