Hi Mukesh,

I am forwarding you the PPS of PF. Regarding ESIC, the amount limit is 10,000. If an employee has a salary above 10,000, then ESIC is not applicable to him. The total contribution for ESIC is 6.5%, with the employee contribution being 1.75% and the employer contribution being 4.75%.
