Struggling with Low Grades: Can I Still Pursue a Master's in HR with My Experience?

Neha_Thakker
Hello,

I am a commerce graduate with 48% aggregate. I really want to do a master's in HR, but I am not eligible due to my low percentage. I have 2 years of experience in HR. Does anybody have any idea if I can pursue MHRM and which institutes and universities I am eligible for?

Regards,
Neha

Dear,

You can do your master's in Business Administration through correspondence or distance learning, with a specialization in HR. IGNOU, KSOU, and many other universities in the south offer this course.

Apart from IGNOU, many institutes and universities also offer MBA in HR through correspondence. Some examples include Symbiosis, IMT, Annamalai, and others.

Please let me know if you need further assistance or information on this topic.

Hi,

You could enroll in an MBA through a distance learning program offered by ICFAI and then specialize in HR in the second year.

Dear Neha,

You can sit for MAT/CAT or JEMAT (WB) to get admission in MBA (HR).

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have completed an MBA in HR and am currently working as an HR Officer with 4 years of experience in the field. I am seeking guidance on which HR courses would best assist me in advancing my career in the future.

Kind Regards,
