The primary department that can ensure a quality of work life within an organization is HR. It is very important to create a healthy atmosphere within the organization to achieve a quality of work life. The HR team should ensure that employees are not overburdened with work. Employees should have enough time to maintain a good social life. Moreover, stress-buster activities at the office premises break the monotony of work and refresh the minds of the employees. All this contributes to a quality work life within the organization.

Quality of work life is always connected to work performance, which in turn is linked to a peaceful and healthy work atmosphere. This can only be achieved when each employee is recognized for their contribution to the company's growth.
