Sorry for the delayed response, but this just came to my attention that women employees are more suitable. I am persistent in this statement because the role suits them due to their service-oriented nature. Since the beginning of time, we have seen women in nurturing roles such as being a mother to father/son/family (client), nurse to patients (client), teacher to students (client), wife to husband, etc.
These examples from our daily lives are often overlooked and underestimated. When we consider the various levels in an organization, HR is primarily involved in support functions like administration, receptionist, private secretary - all roles that involve serving others. Therefore, according to corporate standards, women excel in these positions as they do not necessarily require decision-making or intense mental strain.
