Dear All,
I do respect all your views, but along with that, I would like to share a real scenario. As per today's scenario, organizations are more conscious about cost-cutting policies. For the same reason, organizations have started altering the HR-to-branch ratio. Previously, it was 1 HR for 1 branch or 2 branches. However, today they are moving towards a ratio of 1 HR for 3-5 branches, expecting mobility and, therefore, preferring male candidates as it involves more traveling.
So, times are changing. In the future, HR may become a male-dominated field.
