Jobs As Hr Executive - Doc Download

Iam looking out for an opening in HR at the executive level. Currently working as an Executive Assistant to the Director HR and also MBA HR from Mumbai University part time - 2003-2006 batch. Overall one and half year HR experience.

What kinf of exposure do you get in a role like executive assistant?
Is it all HR activities or just the MIS part and report making?

Executive Assistant takes care of all the work of Director which includes not just mis reporting but also recruitment, performance management, leave management etc.

I am looking out for an opening in HR Dept as a HR executive level. Currently working as an HR Executive in a 4 Star Hotel also Persuing in PG Diploma in HRM from ICFAI University Hydrabad.
Experiance in HR Dept- 1.6 Years.
