Seeking HR Advice: How to Set IT Industry Standards for TA/DA and Mobile Policies?

I am in need of help from HR seniors. I have to set a policy for TA/DA/Hotel Accommodation along with a mobile policy for my company in the IT sector. Can anyone help me by providing current IT industry standard reimbursements regarding the above topics? I am awaiting an early response from all of you.

Hi,

Generally, for most organizations, they fix Rs. 800 for TA, Rs. 1250 as a medical allowance, and telephone charges up to Rs. 5000 depending on the designation and the nature of use.

I also want to have information on setting up the policy for LTA in organizations. Many people travel for company work in India as well as abroad (Japan). Therefore, I want to establish policies for both the LTA policy in India and the LTA policy for abroad. Please provide me with the information as soon as possible.
