How Should I Draft a Warning Letter for Vendor Noncompliance and Employee Theft?

shweta0423
Dear All,

I want to issue a warning letter to one of the manpower supplier vendors. The reason is noncompliance and theft by one of the employees. I would appreciate if I could get an outline of the same.

Thanks,
Shweta

Can you please explain in detail if your employee has done something wrong and you want to send a letter to the manpower vendors?

If your employee has done something wrong, then it's your management's or HR's responsibility because consultants are only for sourcing and preliminary screening as per the job description. You cannot issue a warning letter to a manpower consultant.

Hi,

It is an internal problem. You cannot issue any warning letter to the consultant. There is no proper reason to issue a letter.

Your action does not make any sense. You have to issue a warning letter or termination letter only to your employee and not to the consultant.
