Dear All, I want to issue a warning letter to one of the man power suplier vendor. the reason is non complaince and theft by one of the employees. Would appriciate if i get a outline of the same. Thanks Shweta
If your employee has done something wrong then its your managements or HR's responsibility bcoz consultsnts are only for sourcing and preliminary screening as per JD.you can not issue warning letter to manpower consultant.
Your action does not make any sense. You have to issue warning letter or termination letter only to your employee and not to the consultant.
