Is It Worth Pursuing a Non-University Recognized PGDHRM for a Quick Degree?

I have completed my DHRM from Welingkar, which grants me a 6-month exemption in the 18-month PGDHRM - DLP program at Welingkar. However, this course is not recognized by the university. I am tempted by the prospect of obtaining a PG degree within a year. Do you think I should pursue it? Will this course hold any value despite not being recognized by the university?

I am an Electronics Engineer with a total technical experience of 2 years. I would like to pursue PGDHRM from Welingkar. Should I go for it? Will it be beneficial for me in the future? Or should I choose PGDBA with specialization in Operations? Reply, guys. Urgent.
