Termination On Medical Terms

Hi All,
In Medical checkups, under what circumstances an employee can be terminated? We are unable to go with MRI test as its not applicable for our firm but except that we have Blood test, Urine test, Therapy X-Ray & ECG done. Can anyone please tell me with the help of these test, can an employee be terminated?

Unless it is a condition of employment that a person should be medically fit , you cannot terminate that person.If he becomes medically unfit then he has to be discharged, which requires your paying disability compensation.

if employee is medically unfit due to accident which is not a case of employment injury . Then what are provisions given in labours laws to terminate his employment on medical ground .
