However, there is a problem - my name is not listed on the birth certificate. It simply states "Nirank," indicating "No Name."

Then make one legal affidavit (from any advocate) of birth proof. It will serve your purpose.

It normally happens in some birth certificates that when we receive the birth certificate at the time of birth, they wouldn't be able to include the names. You should request the nearby Thasildar office to have the name included in the certificate.
