How to Issue and Use Digitally Signed Form 16 for Filing Income Tax Returns?

Dear All,

I am forwarding herewith a presentation on the following:
- Process of issuing Digitally signed (legal) electronic Form 16 under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961
- Process explaining how an employee can electronically file his Income tax return using electronic Form 16.

I am also attaching a sample electronic Form 16 for your reference.

My new company has asked for Form 16. I want to know what exactly they want to verify or check about me. Please reply, it's very urgent.
