I want to set up a system of an HR Notice Board in my organization. What can be the contents of it? How can it be made attractive? Kindly suggest.

Dear Shveta,

There are 2 parts of the HR notice board. One is statutory, and the second is informative. The statutory part contains:

1. Abstract of gratuity
2. Minimum wages abstract
3. PF registration certificate copy
4. Copy of Shop and Establishment Act if applicable
5. Any other license if applicable based on the nature of trade

The informative section includes:

1. Notices
2. Holiday list
3. Important announcements
4. Welcome note
5. Thought for the day
