First Make a detailed project report of your business.
A feasibility report and a Project report from your CA.
Check with all your contacts and customers where you are going to get business. A call centre does not only need experience in a call centre .
You have to check the It requirements , Bandwidth needed , Phone lines needed, The Total Infrastucture along with the premises.
If it is feasible for you to Purchase the office with the furniture or get it for a lease. the Total Seat capacity and expansion needed.
The detailed study from the CA will give you the correct picture. If you are going in for a big one do set it up in a It Zone where you can get Govt Benifits and susidies. The CA can ellaborate more on this.
