First, make a detailed project report of your business. A feasibility report and a project report from your CA. Check with all your contacts and customers where you are going to get business. A call center does not only need experience in a call center. You have to check the IT requirements, bandwidth needed, phone lines needed, the total infrastructure along with the premises. If it is feasible for you to purchase the office with the furniture or get it for a lease, the total seat capacity, and expansion needed. The detailed study from the CA will give you the correct picture. If you are going in for a big one, do set it up in an IT Zone where you can get Govt benefits and subsidies.
