Dear Sender
Please note that if you have ability to learn and willingness to learn anything and to do any job, then sky is the limit .
Even an engg. graduate can become hr manager and capability is counts.
If any one is having capability of running show, he can manage any dept.
I am having so many examples, non technical personnel are running technical departments and technical personnel running non technical /service dept. successfully.
I do not want to mention the name of the gentleman, who has become technical director of a famous automobile industry with his sound working experience only. Believe me .. he is just 8th standard.
Engineers are normally not preferred hotel/hospitallity industries, because, they may not be adjusted with the environment of the organisation and sometimes, they may be over qualified for the job profile.
Sometimes, they may be paid very poorly depend upon the size of organisation and hence they may not be continuing with the organisation for long period (e.g. service industry whose turn over is minimum)
So various aspects need to be considered before engaging an engineer for a service industry.
With regards
