To go with shop and establishment registration, you need to have Form 1, 7, 13, 15 for your organizational statutory compliance purpose.
For your organizational statutory compliance, you need to have:
- Contract labor registration
- Shop and establishment registration
- Form J for attendance
- Equal wages register
- Abstract of gratuity
- Abstract of minimum wages
- Bonus register
- ESI compliance for 3A and 6A and Form 7
- PF register
