I am Sujeet, working with an edible oil industry as an Asst. Manager HR. Till now, we had outsourced our labor and employees up to the level of supervisors. Now, we are trying to keep people on the rolls of the organization. So, we are required to develop some performance appraisal forms by keeping in mind the level of employees at that level.
They are 8th or 10th, 12th pass with no technical education, working with us for more than 10 years. Most of them are 30+ years old. Can anybody guide us on how to develop a performance appraisal form for these employees, keeping all points in mind?
