Req Of Pf Form - Pdf Download

Dear sir,
I left my previous company 7 month ago. now I want to withdraw my PF .so Pls send me the form Required for PF withdrawl. and also tell me the process how to proceed.

Hi Manjit Kumer,
Pls find the PF withdrawl forms.
Only Few fields u need to fill & remainings things will be filled by previous company.
Once it is complted by previous company , U need to Hand over to PF office. They will provide the Aknowledgement letter.
It will take 3 months to get the money. :lol:

can i download the forms for PF WITHDRAWL DIRECTLY & TAKE PRINT OUT & AFTER FILLING DIRECTLY SUBMIT TO PF OFFICE Will dat suffice
