Need Help with PF Withdrawal: How Do I Get the Form and Start the Process?

I left my previous company 7 months ago. Now, I want to withdraw my PF. Please send me the form required for PF withdrawal and also provide information on the process of how to proceed.

Please find the PF withdrawal forms. Only a few fields need to be filled, and the remaining information will be completed by the previous company. Once it is completed by the previous company, you need to hand it over to the PF office. They will provide the acknowledgment letter. It will take 3 months to receive the money. 😊

Can I download the forms for PF withdrawal directly, take a printout, and after filling them out, submit them directly to the PF office? Will that suffice?
