KRA For Finance Manager

can someone help me at arriving the KRA's for a Finance Manager at a Logistics firm. Job role is as follows:
- Updation of data and maintenance of accounts in Tally
- Finance & Accounting responsibility
- MIS report to Management
- Bank related activities
- monthly billing for customers
- various Tax compliances
- TDS compliances
- STP bonding report
- supporting HR and Logistic operations[/b]

What will be the right designation for the person who has 12+ (India & International) Experience in (Finance & Operations),
Currently Handling Finance & Operations of 2 Different Companies of same the investors and reporting Directly to the Investor who is Director of both company,
Please suggest the right designation- as they are giving Finance Manger instead of HEAD FINANCE OPERATIONS - GROUP OF COMPANIES
