The Trick is: The Cards we Choose are different from the cards displayed at the end - there is no commonality of cards between 2 slides.

If you count the number of cards only, one card is removed i.e. In frirst screen if there are 6 card, in next you would find 5 cards.
However all the remaining 5 cards are replaced with new cards of same colors.
