In addition these HR laws a HR must also be aware of the Guidelines passed by the Supreme Court known as Supreme Court Guidelines on Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work place, when female employees are employed in an industrial establishment and other list of workplaces notified, either onroll or as contract employees. A bill has been passed with respect to this and Act is yet to be enforced but the guidelines are in force. Bill in the attached file. Guidelines are same as bill.
