My suggestion to you is give a search query on this site for "HR Manual" you will get a lot of information .Cite HR is a storehouse of information.
Secondly you can post your HR manual on this site,you willl definitely get valuable suggestions on how you can improve on the same .If you do not intend to post it, in order to maintain confidentiality then you can atleast post the Index page so that seniors can comment on the topics you need to add to the manual (incase you have missed out any)
