Seeking Quality Certification Courses in Riyadh: Any Recommendations for a Newcomer?

Hi,

I am working in a distribution company in Riyadh, which mainly distributes publications and newspapers. My job is to devise and document policies and procedures for all the departments of the company, ranging from HR to distribution. Once the processes are approved by the management, I will be involved in the training of the employees. Hence, it is kind of a quality control job.

Since I am new in Riyadh, I want to look for some institutes offering courses or certifications in quality. I think I should keep myself updated with any industry standards. So if any of you can help me in this regard, I shall be grateful.

Try for an Internal Auditor or a Lead Auditor course in ISO 9001:2000. This will enhance your knowledge in Quality Management Systems.

To implement concepts of Six Sigma, you need to have a quality system implemented by identifying the business processes. Then, you can use the Six Sigma concept to reap the fruit. Six Sigma is a quality improvement tool applicable to all core sectors of the industries, an excellent tool to eliminate non-value-added activities to economize the processes.

Start ISO 9001:2000 QMS system implementation. All others can follow. It is one of the simplest business methodologies.
