Can I Claim Medical Expenses from Previous Months for Reimbursement? Seeking Advice

I have a doubt regarding medical claims. For example, I opted for medical reimbursement in December 2007, but I incurred the expenditure in September, October, and November. In total, I have incurred $4500. Can I claim this amount for reimbursement?

You may claim it. Most companies only pay after 3 months upon submission of the relevant medical bills.

I have a doubt regarding the vehicle. Our company started the reimbursement program, in which I opted for vehicle maintenance, and I can claim 4000. In December 2007, I incurred 2500, leaving 1500. Can I forward this amount to the next month? Please help me.
