Do you think that there should be Men's Day? Do you think there shouldn't be any Women's Day? Do you think that by celebrating this day, we are just showing and celebrating women's power for one day?

Hi,

I think celebrating Women's Day is a way to show respect to the most beautiful creation of God, but does that mean we shouldn't respect them on other days? I personally believe that if you have feelings for someone, those feelings should be consistent every day of the year, not just on one designated day. I disapprove of the concept of such days, whether it's Women's Day or Men's Day.

Women's Day is celebrated to showcase the unique creation of God. There is no need to argue, as both men and women have equal rights in this world. They are independent to think about various issues, make decisions, and nowadays, there should not be any dominance or ill-treatment as things are changing every day. This day is celebrated to demonstrate that women are equally powerful as men in this world.

Nowadays, many women hold superior positions to prove their capabilities, and several men work under them and report to them. This signifies the honor and respect women have today. Women's Day is celebrated to illustrate that male domination and the slavery system in this world are diminishing rapidly.

This day is marked in respect of women, but that does not refrain you from respecting or treating them fairly on the rest of the days. It's a way to make them feel important.

I thought to add something to this. I have a question for all of you. Will the celebration of one day in a year for women hide or eradicate the autocracies faced by women and girls? It's just another event where people shout slogans, hang banners, and have nice live shows on TV. Will it change the plight that women are facing today? The worst scenario is in the tribal regions. If this one day could change all this, then, of course, it's okay. Rather than the hype, wouldn't it be better to make a serious effort?

I don't think there should be a men's day. You know why? Because it would be another silly bachelor party for the with... going on.
