Fun N HR Activities

Dear all,
I am planning to start few activities in my co which is just an yr old.
I am starting with Red and White day on christmas eve with the christmas hats.
What else can we do on that apart from having a christmas tree and cake with the "red/white dress with hat"
it is a silly question but pls suggest

Hey.. There is also one more thing which you can do... you can take the employees to some resort and give them a New Yesr treat as most of the people go out after 25th..

1. You can play secret santa, where a chit would be given to every employee, every chit would have some other employee name and he becomes the concerned persons santa. This should not be reveled to any employee and everyday till the eve of christmas the concerned person should drop in chits writting something or giving out some clues abt himself and sending it to his santa by some or the other mean and santa's job is to find his pal, this is one of the famous games played for christmas in many organisation.

Eg : Jack - person picking the chit, he gets john as santa so jack would drop in some chits to john and continue the process, this goes as a chain

2. Treasure Hunt

3. Have a singing competition where each team has to write lyrics and compose their own song (On a given topic like rain, office etc....) trust me this would be fun.

4. you can tell your employees to come down in ethnic wear or custom wear so that u can arrange for a fashion show.

5.Carol singing

6. Players make their list, check it twice, and then see who can guess which list belongs to who! Some gift requests are naughty and some are nice.

7.Pictionary
