General Document Structure is as follows:
Level 1 - Quality Manual (This document describes how the QMS is established and conforms to ISO 9001:2000)
Level 2 - Procedures (Six Mandatory procedures are required)
Level 3 - Work Instruction (General guidelines for the execution of any activity)
Level 4 - Forms and Formats (Since they are required for data collection and analysis)
Generally, for the HR Department, the Sixth Clause, i.e., Resource management, is more important and auditable. It includes: Provisioning of resources, Training, Recruitment, Competency evaluation, work environment, housekeeping, etc.
