Need Help Drafting an Employee Handbook: Can Someone Explain the Format?

Hi, please help me in drafting an employee handbook. Could anybody explain the format to me?

Dear Sender,

There is no specific format available in the employee handbook. Normally, an employee handbook contains the visions and values of the organization. It also includes short notes on perks, leave rules, tour policy, dress code, organization's branches, contact numbers, and other applicable benefits. In a nutshell, these details will be mentioned and issued to the new employee by the HR department upon their joining in any organization.
