Need Help Finding Madras High Court's ESI Contribution Judgment on Outsourcing?

Greetings.
Can any one help me by providing soft copy of Madras High court judgement on ESI Contribution on Outsourcing in the following case.
Hon'ble High Court of Madras vide its judgement dated 24.7.2007 in CMA (NPD) No.1765 of 1999 between ESI Corporation V/s. Bethall Engineering Company.

I have a copy of the ESI Circular, but our consultant would like to see the Madras High Court judgment copy of this noteworthy case. However, on the other website, I do not think we can download any judgment.

Dear all,

Here is the gist of the judgment by Karnataka High Court on this subject. It's between "ESIC Vs JMD Fashions".

You can also refer to the Madhya Pradesh High Court judgment on ESI contributions payable for outsourced work between "National Rubber Company & ESIC", which was reported in 2007 2 LLJ 587.
