Job Description:

Designation: Assistant Manager - Talent/Employee Engagement.

This is a generalist position with more emphasis on Employee Engagement. Apart from Employee Engagement, the incumbent has to take care of other aspects of HR like Performance Management, Compensation Management, Employee Development, and Employee Motivation, etc.

Scope of the role:

The role holder is responsible for proactive engagement of key talent groups within the Organization through various structured initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively engage the key talent groups through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally.
- Develop and administer satisfaction surveys, interviews both online as well as through phone and capture feedback from the talent groups, business managers, and other stakeholders.
- Assess the quality of engagement of talent groups through surveys and interviews and provide feedback to the key stakeholders.
- Facilitate proactive engagement conversations between the talent groups and their managers, mentors, etc.
- Be the voice of the talent groups in reflecting issues back to management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in the implementation of HR and Talent Development initiatives for the talent groups.
- Provide inputs for improving the effectiveness of processes, policies on talent management.

Persons profile:

Post Graduate in Human Resources.

4-6 years of experience, good communication skills.

Thorough understanding of the talent management processes and their linkages to other key HR processes.

High level of empathy, responsiveness, and relationship orientation.

High level of maturity and tact to deal with ambitious and high self-esteem individuals.

Discipline to follow through the action plans arising out of interactions with the talent group.

International outlook Multi cultural awareness.

Compensation: Compensation would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
