I have formatted an SOP for Training. Could you please let me know if I am on the right track because I am confused with the style of writing an SOP? Also, please enlighten me on whether we need to input the same into policy or into our Quality manual. Is an SOP created only to be included in the QM? I've attached the file for your review and comments.
