Can any body assist me in getting the Formats of various Statutory Forms & Registers to be maintained under Factories Act, Apprentice Act, P.F.,Bonus Act, Employment Exchange etc. applicable in Gujarat State.

This was related to PF only. But can I get any website or a file from where I can download all the revised forms & registers pertaining to all Acts.

www.epfindia.nic.in
or
You can simply Search Through google.com ....
