Can anybody assist me in getting the formats of various Statutory Forms & Registers to be maintained under the Factories Act, Apprentice Act, P.F., Bonus Act, Employment Exchange, etc., applicable in Gujarat State?

Thank you very much for your response. This was related to PF only. Can I get a website or a file from where I can download all the revised forms and registers pertaining to all Acts?

You can get all PF forms in PDF files on the Provident Fund website. The website ID is www.epfindia.nic.in or you can simply search through Google at google.com.
