Reasons Why Employees Hate HR
Hey, I found one reason which makes employees hate HR. In my experiences with my friends, including those who are HR and those who are not in HR, all are found to overstay in the office. When I ask them, "Dear, can't you do your work on time?" they say they always have more work than they can do. The same is the case with the HRs as well. I have spoken with HR and found that they themselves stay after office hours. When I ask them why they can't manage their job on time, they also can't give a proper answer.
So how can HR do proper manpower mapping, and why do HR staff stay after office hours almost daily? If this is the case with HR, what can they do for the organization? Here, HR itself is in need of proper time management. Then comes the issue of judging employees. Hence, employees hate HR, as HR staff themselves are not perfect but still expect employees to be perfect.
