My brother\'s treatment was previously carried out at the AIIMS hospital in Bhopal. His neurosurgeon has recommended that further treatment can only be conducted in either New Delhi or PGI Chandigarh. I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to avail assistance from ESIC for this.
