We have noticed that items like salary changes, job transfers, and benefit adjustments are not accurately shown in payroll since switching from our old HR system to a new one.

Reasons It Could Have Occurred

Errors in data field mapping during system migration

Integration sync jobs that are not working or are performing slowly

Absence of deadlines or conflicting updates

The HR system's required fields are not filled in.
