Lahore Watch Co. is seeking to fill the following positions: Store Manager (1), Sales Counter Staff (4), and Office Peons (2) at our locations in Karol Bagh and South Extension, within our Retail Operations Department.
1. Store Manager - Key Responsibilities include leading overall store operations, sales performance, and customer experience. The manager will achieve monthly sales targets, handle escalations, service issues, and high-value clients, manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline, and oversee billing, cash/UPI/card reconciliation, and daily opening and closing. They will also maintain stock accuracy and store maintenance. Required skills include leadership, communication in Hindi and English, POS handling, and retail experience (watch/jewelry preferred).
2. Sales Counter Staff (4) - Key Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, watch trials and demonstrations, maintaining strong product knowledge, executing billing, managing watch trays, counters, glass displays, and visual merchandising, recording customer queries, and assisting in stock arrangement. Required skills include customer service, sales ability, grooming, basic English/Hindi, and POS familiarity.
3. Office Peons (2) - Key Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with serving tea/water to customers and staff, supporting stock movement, ensuring proper cleaning of glass, counters, fans, and staircase area, running small errands, and maintaining hygiene items. Required skills include basic store assistance, cleanliness, discipline, and reliability.
General Expectations for all roles include punctuality, honesty, professional behavior, ability to work full retail hours, weekends, and festival seasons, and respect for store SOPs, grooming standards, and confidentiality.
