According to my contract, I have the right to resign at any time, provided I am willing to pay three months of my basic salary. Despite this, the company refused to honour this clause and insisted that I complete the remaining three months. As a result, I submitted a notice and, six days later, my final resignation. Since there was no official communication about how to return company assets, I left them all in my workspace, took timestamped photos, and attached them to an email. Now, the company is threatening me, claiming that I didn't return their assets. What should I do?
